We are excited to announce the official launch of the COMHOM project!
Over the next three years, COMHOM will leverage data-driven solutions, digital tools, and a standardised monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework to combat homelessness across Europe. This ambitious project aims to foster innovative, cost-effective, and personalised interventions to address the diverse needs of Europe’s homeless population.
This week, we joined partners in Barcelona for a two-day kick-off meeting hosted by Sant Joan de Déu, where we outlined plans to:
- Build a data-driven ecosystem for decision-making and prevention.
- Test solutions through social experimentation with European sub-grantees.
- Develop capacity-building programs to support stakeholders in adopting digital tools.
- Provide policy recommendations aligned with EU priorities to combat homelessness.
The project aligns with the European Platform on Combating Homelessness and supports its vision of improving social inclusion and housing-first approaches.
In the implementation of this project, we are excited to collaborate with:
Fundació de Recerca Sant Joan de Déu (SJD), Value for Health CoLAB (VOH), Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Social IT srl, Chino.io, Simon Communities of Ireland, PRAKSIS, FEANTSA, Y-Säätiö, and SMES.
Stay tuned to learn more about this transformative initiative!
