On 3 July 2025, the COMHOM consortium hosted a live online Q&A session dedicated to the COMHOM subgranting call, offering prospective applicants the opportunity to ask questions and gain direct insight into the application process and expectations.
With the application deadline approaching on 15 July 2025, this interactive session provided clarity on key aspects of the call and was attended by organisations from across Europe interested in advancing digital and cultural transformation in homelessness services.
During the session, the COMHOM team addressed a wide range of topics, including:
- Eligibility criteria and types of organisations encouraged to apply
- The objectives of the subgranting call, including digitalisation and improved data monitoring
- The application process, required documents, and how to apply
- The evaluation and selection criteria
- Guidance on the use of funds and eligible activities
- Project implementation and reporting obligations for successful applicants
The session also offered practical tips and clarified common doubts—also for organisations applying for EU funding for the first time.
In response to the discussion, the FAQ section of the COMHOM website has been updated to reflect the questions most frequently raised during the session, offering further guidance to prospective applicants.
Whether you are finalising your proposal or still considering your organisation’s eligibility, we encourage you to visit the COMHOM subgranting call page to access all the relevant information and documentation.
Apply by 15 July 2025 to become one of the 25 service providers selected to receive funding and technical support.
The COMHOM project is co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and aims to promote data-driven, person-centred approaches to combating homelessness in Europe.
