The COMHOM consortium is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the first phase of its sub-granting call, which officially closed on 15 July 2025. The call invited homelessness service providers across Europe to apply for funding and support to promote digital and cultural transformation in their services.
The call generated strong interest across the sector, with a total number of 56 applications received by organisations committed to innovating and improving the way homelessness is addressed. The volume and diversity of responses reflect a shared recognition of the importance of using data-driven, person-centred approaches to strengthen services and outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.
This initial phase marks a significant step forward in COMHOM’s efforts to foster a pan-European network of providers working towards systemic change. The evaluation of applications will begin on August 1st, with selected sub-grantees expected to be announced mid October.
In total, 25 homelessness service providers will receive grants between €40,000 and €60,000, alongside tailored technical support to implement digital tools and methodologies aligned with COMHOM’s monitoring and evaluation framework. They will also become active contributors to the project’s broader goal: building a robust, evidence-informed foundation for addressing homelessness across Europe.
