Strong response to COMHOM subgranting call as first phase concludes
The COMHOM consortium is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the first phase of its sub-granting call, which officially closed on 15 July 2025. The call invited homelessness service providers across Europe to apply for funding and support to promote digital and cultural transformation in their services.

COMHOM: pioneering data-driven solutions to combat homelessness across Europe

Homelessness is one of the most pressing social challenges in Europe today, affecting at least 895,000 individuals across a growingly diverse demographic. Families, women, young people, migrants, and individuals in precarious employment now find themselves increasingly vulnerable.

Over the next three years, COMHOM will leverage data-driven solutions, digital tools, and a standardised monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework to combat homelessness across Europe. This ambitious project aims to foster innovative, cost-effective, and personalised interventions to address the diverse needs of Europe’s homeless population.
