COMHOM selects 25 sub-grantees to drive digital transformation in homelessness services across Europe
The COMHOM project has reached an important milestone with the completion of the evaluation and selection process for its Subgranting Call. Between July and October 2025, proposals were reviewed through a rigorous and transparent assessment process, culminating in the selection of 25 organisations that will now join COMHOM as sub-grants.
